Lactalis Milk Collection System v2 — A Partnership Continued

About the project

Lactalis Namangan is a large milk production company. We had previously built a milk collection and logistics system for them. Satisfied with the results of the first version, the client entrusted the XData team with all further development of the system — together with its infrastructure. The result was a fully reworked version, v2.

Why v2 was needed

The first version did its job, but as the business grew, new requirements appeared:

•managing a larger number of drivers and routes at once

•distributing tasks more precisely and controlling them

•reliable infrastructure for fast and stable operation

•more detailed reports

The solution

The updated CRM manages in real time:

•Drivers: the status and location of each driver

•Routes: collection points and directions

•Tasks: distribution and completion control

•Milk volumes: the amount of collected milk and its dynamics

All processes are tracked on a map and turned into detailed reports. The system was strengthened with Redis-based infrastructure — this ensures speed and stability.

Driver mobile app

The system is complemented by a React Native driver mobile app. The app updates automatically via OTA (Over-the-Air) — meaning there's no need to reinstall the app for each update.
